We use ClickTale web analytics service to record mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity, as well as text you type in our website. We do not record or send any personally identifiable information entered in our website to ClickTale. We are using this information to understand usage and make improvements to our application form. ClickTale does not track your browsing habits across web sites which do not use ClickTale services. We want to provide you with the best possible service, so calls to Wonga may be recorded and/or monitored for quality checks and staff training. Recordings may also be used to help us combat fraud.
